The brick building of Klaipėda Royal Port Construction Board, built in 1883, is a part of the Work port. In 1923-1940 it hosted the first Board of the Lithuanian port of Klaipėda and the most famous maritime engineers and administrators L. Hagen, G. Borchert, R. Visockas, J. Šimoliūnas, L. Stulpinas.
