The Building on Bangų Street 4

The building on Bangų Street 4 (former Malūnų Pylimo Street 4), was built in the 8th decade of the 19th c.
The two-storey building features several connected rectangles with a tower-stairway on the south-eastern corner and a wooden pitched roof with clay tiles.
At first this building belonged to the complex of Klaipėda Stock Brewery and Distillery, featuring employee apartments.
In the second part of the 20th century the building was used as a children’s clinic.
In 2012 the renovated historical building became Memel Hotel.
The building is included into the Lithuanian Cultural Register.
