In the 19th century, the building at 24 Herkaus Manto st. (former  Libauer Str. 37b) was the home business of a florist. In the second part of the 19th century, the building was reconstructed. In the 20th century, the first floor of the building were turned into commercial premises, while the second floor was a residential zone. The entrance into the yard was on Ligoninės st. The yard was the location of storage and repair facilities.
After 1923, a businessman by the name of Otto Zoeke, who traded motor vehicles and their parts, lived in this building. In 1936, the structure was acquired by the Milk Centre and it established a snack bar called Banga. After the war, a café was opened under the same name.

 At the moment, the building houses the shopping centre “Herkaus Galerija”.
